Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (WEIM GmbH, Löhner Str. 63, 32584 Löhne, Germany, info@weim24.de, Telephone: 057314999095) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model cancellation form, although you are not required to do so.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You will have met the deadline if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is not due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functioning.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender provides the financing for our participation. If the loan has already been transferred to us when the cancellation becomes effective, your lender shall step into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with respect to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of cancellation for that.
