Accessibility Statement
At WEIM24, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for all our customers, including people with disabilities. We strive to make our website and our services inclusive, user-friendly, and compliant with applicable accessibility standards.
This website uses various technologies aimed at making it as accessible as possible at all times. We use an accessibility interface that allows people with certain disabilities to customize the website's user interface (UI) to suit their personal needs.
Accessibility Standards
Our website is designed to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are recognized worldwide as the standard for web accessibility and focus on creating content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust:
- Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presented to users in a way that is perceivable to them.
- Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable.
- Understandable – Information and user interface operation must be understandable.
- Robust – Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
We continue our efforts to continuously improve the accessibility of our website and our services, believing that it is our collective moral obligation to enable people with disabilities to have a seamless, accessible, and unrestricted experience.
🚧 Known Accessibility Issues (In Progress)
Last updated on March 25, 2026
As of the date of this statement, we are aware of the following accessibility issues on our website:
- Recognized session timeout without prior warning. Users may lose data or progress when the session expires.
- Elements use the
titleattribute, which creates browser-native tooltips that users cannot close, hover over, or control. - Inline scripts contain patterns that automatically hide hover/focus content triggered by
setTimeout/setInterval, which violates the persistence requirement. - CSS
@keyframesanimations automatically hide content triggered by hover/focus (e.g., hiding it), which violates the persistence requirement. - Forms or form elements are automatically submitted upon focus without an explicit user action.
- Interactive elements lack an accessible name, making their purpose unclear to screen reader users.
- Status messages lack a suitable ARIA role to announce updates to screen readers.
- Important data submissions lack a confirmation dialog or verification step.
- Non-text content lacks suitable text alternatives, making it inaccessible to users with visual impairments.
- Content structure and relationships are presented visually but are not coded in a way that assistive technologies can understand them.
We recognize the importance of addressing these issues and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. Improving accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to making gradual improvements to provide all users with a more inclusive experience.
